Full Name: Dustin Zachary McCloud.
Date of Birth: January 3, 1985.
Place of Birth: Vancouver, British Columbia.
Height: 5'10".
Major: Biology/chemistry/physics.
Immediate Family: Adoptive father (William Thomas), adoptive mother (Jean Mildred Kane).
The adopted son of a wealthy, retired stockbroker and his wife, Dustin has been Erik's best friend since before the two started school, mainly because they were both outcasts, for very different reasons. Dustin has an IQ off the charts and has been a self-inflicted mute for about as long as Erik's known him. Dustin can speak, but most of the time he chooses not to, although reports suggest that when he dose speak, he's highly eloquent. Dustin is fairly apathetic, but when he thinks of it he does look out for Erik as a little brother. Completely asexual, Dustin's mainly interested in reading and writing, but seems to recognize that, with a giant brain, he should be helping people, which is why he's going into medicine. He generally exists on a plane of existance several levels removed from everyone else, should never be allowed to drive his very fancy car, and seems to communicate telepathically with Erik. He attends the University of Saskatchewan because it's the only school Erik applied for, and Dustin was too lazy to obtain any other application forms.

Full Name: Ashley Scarlett O'Hara.
Date of Birth: March 20, 1985.
Place of Birth: Carter Cove, Newfoundland.
Height: 5'0".
Major: Physics and engineering.
Immediate Family: Mother (Iris Joyce Sinclair), father (Sean Mitchum), step-father (Jack MacDonald), step-mother (Crystal Alanis Douglas), older sister (Taryn Vivian), step-brother (Leslie Jack MacDonald), younger half-sisters by his father (Erin Sheila, Hazel Fiona, Katelynn Jeanne), younger half-sisters by his mother (Rosaleen Sabrina, Gillian Kiara).
A violent young man, Ash has more rage than should be possible to fit in his tiny frame. An experienced student and teacher of three different martial arts and a survivor of eighteen summers in a small, coastal Newfoundland village, Ash has issues. Lots of issues. He doesn't appreciate men hitting on him. Ever. Or lesbians. He really doesn't appreciate lesbians hitting on him. His responses to all attempts are equally brief and violent, whether he's being hit on by men or gay women. His responses to most everything are violent. He's found it's the most effective way to deal with idiots, which is most everyone, especially when you're Ash O'Hara and you make a hotter girl than most girls do. Ash is tiny, delicately built, and astonishingly feminine looking. He hopes to some day come up with the technology that will make him about eighty pounds heavier, a foot taller, and capable of growing facial hair. Until then, he just tries to disembowel people to set them straight. Ash selected the University of Saskatchewan on the basis that it was as far as he could get from his family without going somewhere they might be tempted to visit, wanting to get as far away as possible from people he's convinced must hate him. It's the only possibly explanation for his name.

Full Name: Sarah Elizabeth Montgomery.
Date of Birth: June 13, 1985.
Place of Birth: Red Deer, Alberta.
Height: 5'0".
Major: Computer science.
Immediate Family: Father (Clarence Michael), mother (Sandra Abigail Mallory), older sisters (Teresa Julia, Emily Georgia), older brothers (Jonathan Pierre, Terence Scott).
The youngest of five children, Sarah grew up in a home with two very busy parents whose attention and energy had already been absorbed by the first four kids. Sarah was mostly left to her own devices, with her older siblings keeping one eye on her. Sarah grew up shy and untalkative, but developed an interest in computers long before she developed an interest in boys, which eventually branched out into an interest in consoles, although she'll always be a computer gamer at heart. Sarah finds that being one of the few girls studying compsci gets her a lot more attention than she ever got in high school, but she's more interested in continuing her quiet, computer-oriented existence than being dragged into fights about programming languages with the boys in her class. She finds some are harder to ignore than others, however, and has been reluctantly drawn into socializing a bit more by her neighbour, Ray. It certainly helps that his roommate is rather sweet and non-threantening, and Ray is certainly unique. If insane. Very insane.
